Hey Every one 👋
I run a performance marketing agency (Quarred) . For the last few years, most of my Amazon PPC time went into the same loop every week — export Search Term reports, pivot in Excel, cross-reference orders, find wasted spend, promote converting terms, format Bulk files. Half my day. Every week. Across every brand.
I'd catch a $90 zero-order keyword that had been running for a month. I'd find converting search terms stuck in auto campaigns for 6 weeks because I never got to the harvest step. I'd realize a client was losing money on an ASIN that looked fine at 22% ACOS because their true break-even was 15%.
Every one of those was a spreadsheet problem, not a strategy problem. So I built OperaIQ — an Amazon PPC workspace that reads my raw exports and hands me the decisions.
What it does:
🔎 Search Term Intelligence — Zero-order spend and wasted terms surfaced automatically, ranked by dollars
🌾 Harvest Engine — Finds converting terms in auto/broad and tells you exactly which to promote, negate, or scale — with match type + starting bid
💰 Profit Intelligence — Per-ASIN break-even ACOS from real COGS/fees/price; flags products losing money at "good" ACOS
📋 Account Audit — 8-section deep scan of structure, waste, and coverage
🧱 Bulk Builder — Turns decisions into upload-ready Bulk files
🤖 AI Strategist — Brand defense, competitor radar, health checks
➕ 24 more — placement optimization, dayparting, budget pacing, portfolio dedup, client reporting, ACOS strategy…
The core idea: one upload → every module reads it → decisions are waiting for you instead of the other way around.
Who it's for: Amazon PPC strategists, freelancers, agency operators, and in-house managers running 1 to 50+ brands.
Who it's NOT for: If you outsource all your PPC and never look at reports, this isn't for you.
Pricing: Free during beta — every module unlocked, no card, no trial timer. Post-beta: $10 Starter → $20 Pro → $40 Agency (unlimited brands + white-label).
Would love brutal feedback — especially on the upload flow and how the Harvest Engine surfaces decisions. Roadmap: native Amazon Ads API integration, DSP/AMC support, and better Bulk conflict detection.
Thanks for checking it out 🙏

Honestly the Data Hub setup is kind of genius, I uploaded my Search Term report once and basically every module just worked off it without me reformatting anything. Wasted-spend alerts caught a bleed I totally missed in my own sheets.

The Data Hub approach is really smart, saves so much redundant uploading. One thing I'd love to see is a way to share read-only dashboards with clients directly from the app, instead of exporting PDFs every week. Would make reporting way less painful.

@zgrpayc06lc Hi, I really appreciate it ! can you please explain what exactly can we do here, to improve the overall tool, we will appreciate your response. Thanks Alot!

One thing that would save me a lot of time is a bulk negation uploader that pulls from the search term report and pushes directly back to Amazon, so I don't have to bounce between OperaIQ and the campaign manager to clean up wasted spend each week.

The shared Data Hub sounds genuinely useful for juggling multiple brands. One thing I'd love to see is a way to set custom guardrails per module, so I can flag a campaign if it crosses my own threshold instead of the generic ones. Would make the alerts way more actionable.
