Reduce background noise when you speak and when you listen. OpenKrisp processes your microphone and incoming call audio locally, with separate controls. Free, open-source beta for Apple Silicon Macs and x86-64 Linux.

Hi Product Hunt! I’m a digital nomad, and meetings sometimes happen in cafés, public libraries, or other shared spaces. I couldn’t find an open-source option I was happy with, so I built OpenKrisp.
It reduces background noise from your microphone and incoming call audio, with local processing and independent controls.
It’s a free, open-source experimental beta for Apple Silicon Macs and x86-64 Linux with PipeWire + WirePlumber.
Try it in your usual setup and share your impressions. What worked well, and what would you change? If something goes wrong, include your OS and call app.
