Open Claude Gen UI is an open-source Next.js chat UI for Claude-style visual responses. It streams interactive widgets inside conversations, supports per-chat provider/model selection, saved chat history, Tavily web search, trusted generative UI tools, ZIP export for widgets, and a read-only public showcase with curated examples.
Hey Product Hunt! I built Open Claude Gen UI after seeing Claude's visual response direction and wanting an open, hackable version that teams can run and inspect.
It is a Next.js AI chat surface that can render rich interactive widgets directly inside assistant messages: charts, diagrams, dashboards, timelines, sports updates, learning roadmaps, and other visual responses. The repo includes the demo video and curated screenshots used here, plus a public read-only showcase and MIT-licensed source.
I would love feedback from builders working on generative UI, agent interfaces, and AI chat products: what examples should be added next, and which provider/workflow integrations would make this more useful?
