how does it actually detect the device when the link is opened inside something like an Instagram story where the in-app browser can be weird about it

How does it figure out which store to send someone to if they're on desktop or a tablet without the relevant app installed?
@cihan928096 on a tablet it will redirect you to the page store and o a desktop, we have a specific page, who let the visitor to choose which store he want. And after choosed, we will open the relevant store tab on the visitor browser

Was looking for something like this after Firebase Dynamic Links shut down, and this is honestly exactly what i needed. Tested a couple links in tiktok bios and it correctly routed iphone folks to the app store and android to google play without me doing anything fancy.

finally tried this for a side project and it just worked inside the tiktok bio link without me touching a sdk. honestly the no signup part is what sold me
