Hey Product Hunt, Gaurav here, founder of OneCell.
We built OneCell because a lot of important business data already lives in Google Sheets, but the moment you need to check it often, it usually gets trapped inside a dashboard, a report, a Slack message, or a spreadsheet tab you have to keep reopening.
OneCell turns any Google Sheets cell or range into a live, read-only home screen widget.
That means your MRR, revenue, runway, weekly goals, ad spend, sales targets, inventory, habit tracker, team leaderboard, or any other number you care about can live directly on your phone home screen.
No dashboard login.
No “can you resend the report?”
No opening the sheet 15 times a day.
No giving someone edit access just so they can see one number.
A few things we obsessed over:
1. Read-only by default
Your widget shows the number. It does not expose formulas, hidden tabs, messy source data, or edit access.
2. Safe Share
You can share a widget with a teammate, partner, client, spouse, or investor without sharing the underlying spreadsheet.
3. Built for real spreadsheet users
You can use a direct Google Sheets link, connect with Google OAuth, or use a Safe Share code. We wanted it to work for both personal trackers and team/business workflows.
4. Home screen first
This is not another dashboard trying to become your source of truth. Your sheet stays the source of truth. OneCell just makes the important cells visible at the right moment.
iOS is live now. Android is coming next.
I’d love your feedback, especially from founders, operators, finance teams, marketers, and spreadsheet-heavy builders:
What is the one Google Sheets cell you check way too often?
If you comment your use case, I’ll personally reply with how I’d turn it into a OneCell widget.

A few examples we designed OneCell for:
- MRR from a finance sheet
- Daily revenue from a sales tracker
- Runway from an operating model
- CAC / ROAS from a marketing sheet
- Personal net worth
- Habit streaks
- Client KPIs
- Inventory counts
- Team leaderboards
- Savings goals
Curious what other weird-but-useful spreadsheet cells people would put on their home screen.
