Hey Product Hunt — I made One Quiet Minute as a small experiment in doing less online. Most wellness products turn rest into another system to manage: accounts, reminders, streaks, statistics, and goals. I wanted the opposite. Open the page, breathe for sixty seconds, and return to your day. The homepage will always stay one minute. A separate page offers longer sessions and different breathing rhythms, and there is also a free embeddable version for other websites.
