the "one link & done" framing is doing a lot of work here. the friction in client onboarding isn't usually the tasks themselves, it's the back-and-forth across 5 different emails and "hey just a reminder" follow-ups that eat half your week

i'd honestly send this to every freelancer and agency founder i know who spends more time chasing intake forms than actually doing the work :)

curious how it handles situations where clients need to submit things in a specific order. like you can't fill out form B until they've uploaded document A. does it support that kind of conditional flow?
