OKRnest is goal management built with the team in focus. Set, align and track OKRs together in the interface or through your favourite AI assistant - with OKRnest goals stay close to where work happens. Based on 15 years of OKR implementation experience, OKRnest goes straight to the core of what makes OKR work.
Hello Product Hunt 👋 I'm Niklas, founder of OKRnest.
This is not the first OKR software out there. But, having taught OKRs for the last 15 years as a team lead, OKR coach and later as the author of a book on the topic - I've seen most sides of OKRs. When they work, when they fail and when they just lose steam and become part of regular reporting.
OKRnest is my attempt at distilling this knowledge into a software that focuses on the team (OKRs are not a top-down exercise) and that connects goals to where work happens (not in a Google Sheet).
I think it is unique in the transfer of practical OKR knowledge into software by someone who has experience both as a developer, manager and OKR coach.
The ambition behind all of this is to get more teams to do OKRs in a way that actually benefits the team, the organisation and over time the clarity, focus and engagement in everyday work.
This launch is one small step and very much just the beginning. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what OKR software would need to do to for OKRs to really work for you and your team?
If you’d like to try OKRnest with your team let me know in the comments, I’m happy to upgrade your account so you can explore the full product and try it out also in Claude or ChatGPT!
