Hey Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Oculus Reviews. I built this because trucking has a trust problem that nobody was solving. Drivers take jobs with carriers they know nothing about — and only find out about late pay, unsafe equipment, or terrible dispatch after they're already on the road. On the flip side, companies hire drivers blind and have no reliable way to verify who they're putting behind the wheel. The industry needed its own reputation layer — not a job board pretending to have reviews, but a platform where every review is employment-verified and can never be deleted by either side. We started by indexing 2M+ FMCSA carrier records so every DOT/MC number already has a profile waiting. Drivers review for free. Companies unlock driver dossiers through a consent-based credit system that keeps everything FCRA-compliant. The hardest part was getting the trust model right. Reviews had to be permanent but fair — so we built a dispute and moderation system instead of a delete button. If you're a professional, your record proves it. If you're not, it proves that too.
