What changed, and why: The first version proved the core idea: tell it what you're into, where you are and how much time you have, and it builds a real walking route, with an order and a pace, and shared you great stories and cool facts about each place. Then real users showed up and taught us what was missing. 🆕 Voice Guided walks 🆕Photo Spots with tips 🆕 Voice navigation ⚡ Plus the need of improving navigation across the whole experience. On pricing, the Daily Pass. $2.99 buys a full day. Unlimited walks until midnight. There is no subscription and there won't be one. Everyone in this category defaults to monthly plans, and for a product used by people who are in a city for four days, that's the wrong shape. You shouldn't have to remember to cancel a travel app. You should pay for the day you're actually walking around Manhattan, and pay nothing the rest of the year. It's a harder business: no recurring revenue, no retention flywheel handed to us. We think it's the honest version of this product, and we'd rather earn the second purchase. Still Manhattan only. Six months, one island, done properly. The next city comes when Manhattan is genuinely excellent, not before.
