NumeralQ provides localized construction cost estimates and housing intelligence for U.S. homeowners, helping people understand what projects cost in their market before they make decisions.
I built NumeralQ because homeowners usually have to search across multiple sources to answer a simple question: “What should this project actually cost where I live?”
NumeralQ combines localized construction costs with housing and market data to give homeowners a more useful starting point for projects like roofing, HVAC, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, siding, decks, and more.
We started with 147 U.S. markets and built the underlying system around local rather than national cost assumptions.
I’d love to hear what homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals think — especially where you see gaps in the way residential construction costs are currently presented.
