Nudge : Keep every shot, visit, med, and weight record in one place

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Nudge because of a genuinely embarrassing moment at the vet. Our dog Jovie was due for her checkup and the vet asked when her last rabies shot was. I had no idea. I dug through my email, couldn't find it, called the previous clinic, got put on hold. The whole waiting room watched. I went home and looked for an app to fix this. Everything I found either required an account, charged a monthly subscription, or looked like it was built in 2014 and never updated. So I built Nudge. What it does: → Pet profiles for every animal in your home → Vaccine records with color-coded due dates → Vet visit history with notes and attachments → Medication reminders (local notifications — no server) → Weight tracking with a trend chart → One-tap PDF export to hand any vet or boarding facility What it deliberately doesn't do: → No account required → No subscription → No cloud server — your data lives on your device and syncs only through your own iCloud → We cannot see your data. There's nothing to hack or sell. This is my first shipped iOS app, built solo under my studio knoxdev. SwiftUI + SwiftData + zero backend.
