Astra made it practical for our small team to build Now Open as a much more complete commerce platform. We could move faster across payments, rewards, merchant tools, discovery, and personalized experiences without needing a large engineering team. It also helped us make Reddy, our in-app assistant, more useful—not simply a chatbot, but a tool that can help customers discover businesses, understand rewards, and eventually personalize their experience. For merchants, AI can turn customer and transaction activity into useful insights. Astra helped us build toward a product that previously would have required significantly more time, capital, and engineering resources.
