Stop unwanted behaviors before they start! Private haptic vibrations on your Apple Watch or iPhone interrupt drinking, snacking, scrolling at your moment of choice. Not another habit tracker—real-time behavioral interruption when you need it most.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Aldo here, founder of Digiguys Apps.
The honest backstory: I found myself at parties constantly facing pressure to drink, even when I wanted to cut back. I needed something discreet to remind me of my intentions - but all the habit trackers just made me log my drinks after I'd already failed.
I wanted something that would privately nudge me during the party, helping me stay strong against peer pressure without anyone knowing. Just a gentle tap on my wrist that reminded me: "No, don't do it."
So I built exactly that.
How it works:
• Before the party, I set the No, Don't Do It app for however long I'll be there
• My Apple Watch (or iPhone) sends discrete haptic vibrations throughout the night
• Nobody else can see or feel them - completely private (Not Notification)
• Each tap reminds me of my commitment to myself
What makes it different:
• It's NOT a tracker - it's real-time intervention
• Based on behavioral psychology research from Harvard & Stanford
• Works for any situational trigger (meetings, shopping, family dinners)
• The haptics are so subtle, nobody will ever know
FREE to try with 5-minute sessions.
What situations trigger behaviors you'd like to interrupt? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Thanks for the support! 🙏

I'm excited to share that we just launched the "No, Don't Do It" app on the Apple App Store for your iPhone and Apple Watch. I want to tell you the story of why I built this app and what it means to me.
