Most businesses juggle 5+ tools just to run day-to-day operations — one app for accounting, another for CRM, a separate one for payroll, and yet another for POS. Nitovi brings it all into a single dashboard: ERP, CRM, HRM, and POS in one platform. Manage sales, finance, HR, and inventory without switching tabs all day. Starter plans from $25/mo with a free trial. Built for small and growing businesses that need enterprise-grade tools without enterprise complexity or cost.

How does Nitovi handle data migration from tools like QuickBooks or HubSpot during the trial, since switching everything at once sounds pretty risky for a small business?
@baran583733 Great question — and a fair concern. Automated data migration isn't built in yet, but it's on my roadmap. In the meantime, I'm happy to help migrate your data manually during onboarding so you're not doing it alone — just reach out once you sign up and I'll walk you through it. Appreciate you asking!
How does the data migration actually work if I'm already using separate tools like QuickBooks and a standalone POS — is it a manual process or do you handle the import for you?
@sevilgwkc Thanks for asking — this has come up a few times, so it's clearly something I need to prioritize!
Right now, automated import from tools like QuickBooks or a standalone POS isn't built in yet — it's on my roadmap. In the meantime, it's a manual process, but I handle it with you rather than leaving you to figure it out alone: once you sign up, reach out and I'll personally help get your existing data (customers, products, financial records) moved over during onboarding, at no extra cost.
It's not instant like a one-click import would be, but it's hands-on and I make sure nothing gets lost in the switch. Happy to answer any other questions as you're evaluating!
How does Nitovi handle data migration if we're already stuck in QuickBooks and a separate POS system, and is that included in the starter plan or is it a paid add-on?
@enginsule30242 Thanks for asking! Automated migration from QuickBooks or dedicated POS systems isn't available yet — it's something I'm planning to build in. For now, I'm personally helping new users migrate their data manually during onboarding at no extra cost, so you're not stuck doing it solo. Feel free to reach out once you're in and I'll help get everything moved over.
how does the pricing actually scale as you add more users or need more modules, since the starter plan only mentions a base price?
@esma144191 Good question! Pricing is tiered by plan rather than à la carte per module — each plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) includes a set of modules and a user cap, so you're not charged separately per module. Starter ($25/mo) covers up to 50 users with core ERP/CRM/HRM/POS features. Professional ($99/mo) raises the user cap to 100 and unlocks everything, including AI Assistant and integrations like Slack/Telegram. Enterprise ($249/mo) removes the user limit entirely. So scaling works by upgrading tiers rather than adding costs per user or per module — you can see the full comparison on the pricing page: nitovi.com/pricing. Let me know if that clears it up!
Finally tried Nitovi this week and the unified dashboard actually delivered, no tab juggling between the CRM and POS anymore. Setup was painless and the $25 starter plan feels reasonable for what you get.
@aleynarr7b Thank you so much for trying it out and taking the time to share this — really means a lot, especially this early on. If anything comes up as you keep using it, I'm always here in the comments or via support@nitovi.com. Appreciate you! 🙏
Finally gave the free trial a spin and was surprised how clean the inventory view feels, way less clunky than the spreadsheet mess I was juggling before.
@leventcuruh Thanks so much for giving Nitovi a try! 😊 Really glad the inventory experience felt cleaner—that's exactly what we were aiming for. We built it to replace spreadsheet chaos with something simple and reliable. If you have any feedback or features you'd love to see as you continue using it, I'd love to hear them. Thanks again for the support! 🚀
