Built entirely with GPT-6 Astra, this tactical football card game draws on classic board games. Pick your XI and deck, then move players across nine zones, including both goalkeeper zones. Pass, dribble and shoot to score; tackle and clear to defend. The browser demo includes tutorials, a card gallery, rules and a normal-difficulty AI match. A Unity version is planned for more platforms, with more AI levels, LAN play, online matchmaking and more modes to come.
What became possible in your product with Astra that was not practical before?

Astra made it practical for me to turn Nine Lines Football into a playable game and keep revising it as the rules evolved. A change to a goalkeeper's response or a card's cost can affect an entire turn. I used Astra throughout development to implement those interactions, track down bugs and test revised rules in simulated matches. That meant I could try a rule in the game, see where it broke down and work through another version.
The browser demo includes part of the game, with a computer opponent, guided tutorials and Chinese and English interfaces. I'm also building the full Unity version entirely with Astra and plan to release it on other gaming platforms.
Thank you for playing my game. I hope you enjoy it.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Erdon. I made Nine Lines Football, a tactical football card game, entirely with GPT-6 Astra.
You pick your starting eleven and build a deck around your squad. On the pitch, you move players into space, pass to a teammate and look for a chance to shoot. The pitch has nine lines, so a player's position matters as much as the cards in your hand.
You also get decisions during your opponent's turn. A tackle can stop their attack. A dribble can get your ball carrier out of trouble. I want that back-and-forth to give you a reason to watch every move.
Astra was part of the whole development process, including debugging and repeated iterations on the rules and interface. I'm sharing the game here for the GPT-6 Astra Challenge.
What you can play now is a browser demo with only part of the planned content. It has a computer opponent, a built-in tutorial and both English and Chinese. I'm working on a fuller Unity version for other gaming platforms, also entirely with Astra. I haven't announced the platforms or release date yet.
I'd like to hear how your first match goes, especially if a rule is confusing or a play makes you want another game.
Thank you for playing my game. I hope you enjoy it.
