Uploaded our FAQ PDF and it was answering customer questions accurately within minutes, honestly thought it would need way more hand holding. The 95+ language support is a nice touch for our international orders.

the setup was genuinely painless, dropped a FAQ pdf in and it just worked without fiddling. reply speed in spanish and english feels snappy enough that customers probably wont notice its not a person
