I built NextPitch AI from my own experience. I've competed in startup competitions and pitched to investors — and I always wanted to perform at my best. But I genuinely didn't know if my pitch was good or bad until I was already in the room.
I kept thinking: if an AI could help me be 10–20% better in that moment, what would change? Maybe I close the funding round. Maybe I win the competition. Small edges in high-stakes situations matter a lot.
That's why I believe this kind of tool is worth building. NextPitch AI is your personal AI pitch coach. It challenges you during practice — asking tough questions based on your actual slides, then scoring your answers at the end.
Here's how it works: upload your PDF, the AI reads it, you record yourself pitching by speaking, and then it asks questions from your actual slide content. At the end you get scored across five dimensions — how informative, confident, fluent, and persuasive you came across, and how well you actually answered.
Free sessions run 5–10 minutes — low commitment, just try it. Pro goes up to 30. No credit card needed. Bilingual EN + ZH — I'm based in Taiwan so that mattered from day one.
I know there's a role name pitching coach, and it takes $400 per hour. I believe NextPitchAI can help the user better diagnose their weak point before really spending money.
Things probably break. I'd genuinely love to hear what your current pitch prep looks like and what this would need to be to actually change how you prepare.

If I upload the same deck and practice multiple times, does my score improve automatically or does the AI ask different questions each session to keep it challenging? Great idea, I am also curious does it also help founders who aren't familiar with English does the scoring vary for them ?
The system will detect the same question it asked before, telling you that the question is the same question previously asked. By default we will add one or two repeated question to help user improve their pitch performance. And will also inform you the reason why it ask the same question(insufficient information, not persuasive, incomplete and etc.)
So far we have bilingual system, the user can use Chinese and English to practice their pitching skill. In the future we will also provide more language option for different founder.
