NeonCore is a Windows desktop AI assistant that analyzes your documents locally. Files are parsed on your own machine and never uploaded to external servers. Built for people handling sensitive material like legal, medical or financial documents.

Hi everyone, I'm Aykan, the solo developer behind NeonCore.
Every AI tool I tried wanted me to upload the document first. That's fine for a shopping list. It's not fine for a court file, a medical report, or a contract with someone's personal data in it.
So NeonCore works the other way round. The file is parsed on your own machine and never leaves it. Only the question you ask goes out.
Most recently I've been extending this into healthcare. NeonCore now speaks FHIR R4, so it can query a hospital's own records server directly instead of anything being copied into a third party system. It runs against a self-hosted FHIR server, which means the patient data stays inside the institution that already holds it.
Windows desktop app, built entirely on my own with no team and no funding. I'd like to hear where it falls short, especially from anyone who handles sensitive documents for a living.
