I have been using it for more than a year now. I have seen people complain that the uptime for Neon is not good. However, in my case, it has always been a reliable database provider, and I have never faced any issues with it. My only complaint was about the pricing; they have switched from usage-based pricing to subscription-based pricing, which seems to be a common trend these days for generating revenue. Although it now charges monthly, it is still affordable for any development team with substantial usage. The way it works under the hood is simply awesome and truly serverless.

I think the branching functionality is very useful. It speeds up development substantially and helps to reduce costs since you aren't charged for shared storage.

Neon is very easy to use. You create an account and a project, you get a database string, and that’s that. It’s still the Postgres that you’re used to! OpusFlow loves it!

I tried Neon a few months ago when attempting to switch away from a self hosted db. It was a horrible experience, customer support was unhelpful, it was glitchy, slow, and laggy, and even before the price increase their pricing was way too high.
