NegBreaker converts scanned film negatives to positives on your Mac and Windows. Remove the orange mask, invert colour & black-and-white scans, and batch whole rolls of 35mm and medium-format film — no Lightroom, no subscription. €19.99 once.

honestly the batch processing for whole rolls is what sold me, dragged in a folder of 35mm scans and had positives ready way faster than i expected. the one-time price is kind of refreshing too
The orange mask removal actually looks thoughtful, not just a blanket invert like other tools I have tried. Batch processing whole rolls at once without dragging each frame through Lightroom is exactly what I needed.
Finally got around to scanning my old 35mm rolls and NegBreaker handled a whole batch in a few minutes, no Lightroom needed. The orange mask removal looks really clean on colour frames.
Would love to see support for scanning folder structures, like preserving the original roll folder names so the positives stay organised next to the negative scans.
Would love to see a built-in option to auto-crop to the frame boundaries for each negative on the strip, since right now I'm doing it manually for every shot and it adds up fast on a full roll.
Finally gave this a spin on a dusty roll of Portra and the orange mask removal looked way cleaner than my usual Photoshop hack. Batch processing the whole folder took seconds, which honestly sold me.
honestly been waiting for something like this, the one-time price is a nice change from yet another subscription. batch processing a whole roll worked pretty smoothly when i tried it
