Hi Product Hunt! I'm a VFX artist (Houdini, mostly). For the past couple of years my feed has been full of "VFX is dying", "AI will replace artists", "nobody is hiring" - all opinions, zero data. So I built Navisca to actually check. Every week it collects thousands of live job postings directly from VFX, game and animation studios (DNEG, Weta, Riot, Ubisoft and ~200 more), parses them, and turns them into an honest picture of the market: • who is hiring RIGHT NOW - by studio, country and city • which skills and software studios actually ask for • real salary bands, per country (no misleading global averages) • how much AI has genuinely entered job requirements - measured, not guessed Everything updates automatically every Monday. One thing that would help a lot is the ability to set up email alerts for specific studios or skill keywords, so I'm not refreshing every Monday to check if a company I follow posted something new. Bonus points if you can filter by remote vs in-office since that's a big factor when weighing offers.

The per-country salary bands instead of one blended global number is such a thoughtful call. Most tools slap a fake average on it and call it a day, so seeing real localized data is genuinely useful.
