@alt_noz56283 "Sharp without being harsh" is the best description of what I am aiming for. Honest does not have to mean discouraging. The goal is to give founders clarity about what needs work so they can fix it before they commit, not to talk them out of building. Thank you for this.

I am working on making it more specific with actual unit economics at realistic price points rather than general model comparisons. The competitor research is where I spend the most time per report so I am glad that part landed. Appreciate you trying it.
