Narrative Plus - Product Accelerator

Hi makers! As a Product Manager, I had a chance to lead dozens of product initiatives. This is how I came up with this framework. It helped me streamline my efforts and keep my team focused on essential aspects of product discovery and feature prioritization. The framework is focusing on framing the business objectives first and then moving into the interaction design. This way, we managed to get better results since the UX funnels user activities just where you want them. The process is still customer-centric but builds behaviors around your goals. As a last step, feature prioritization helps you make data-driven decisions about which product features to focus on, based on their impact, effort, and reach.
