Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Germán, CTO and co-founder of Napsix. We're a small team building from Mendoza, Argentina.
Why we built it: most teams already use AI, but each person does it alone in a chat tab. The answer gets copied somewhere else, the context gets lost, and nobody knows what was asked or done. We wanted AI to work with the team, inside the tools they already use.
What Napsix does:
• Rooms — your people, your agents and your apps in one shared conversation. Agreements in a Room can become tasks in the linked project.
• XIA Agents — give an agent a job, permissions and a schedule. Actions that need approval pause until a person accepts them, and every run is logged.
• A native suite — Docs, Sheets, Dashboards, Mail on your own domain, Forms, CRM and a unified WhatsApp / Instagram / email inbox, all with XIA inside.
• 1000+ apps via connectors — Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, Tiendanube, Mercado Libre and more.
• Mato v1.0 — our own model, fine-tuned on Qwen3.8 27B to call Napsix tools. It's $0 per token on every plan, and the adapter is on Hugging Face under Apache-2.0.
Under the hood: Next.js and Postgres (Supabase) on Vercel and Cloudflare, with a multi-provider model gateway (Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter and others). There's also an OpenAI-compatible gateway and an MCP server, so you can drive your Napsix org from Claude or ChatGPT.
Pricing: free plan (1 user, 500 messages/month, no credit card); paid plans from $19/mo.
What's not there yet (we keep a public roadmap): Designer is still in progress, live co-editing in Sheets is being evaluated, and bring-your-own-key has an API but no UI yet.
I'd love your honest feedback: what's the first recurring task you'd hand to an agent, and what would you need to see before trusting it to act on its own? I'll be around all day answering questions.
