I'm Dinara, founder of Mytrade.kz. We are building company showcases for businesses selling products and services. Here is a practical way to decide what a supplier page needs before investing in a larger website.
Start with the first useful enquiry, rather than the number of sections on the page.
Imagine a workshop looking for a supplier of custom metal shelving. A page saying reliable quality, individual approach leaves the buyer with almost all the work. A useful page tells them which loads, dimensions, finishes and delivery areas the supplier can support, then explains what information is needed for a quote. This is a hypothetical example, not a customer result.
1. Separate selection information from quotation information.
Hi Product Hunt! I am Dinara, founder of Mytrade.kz in Kazakhstan.
A small seller often has useful information scattered across a catalog, social posts and separate messages. A buyer sees one item but has to ask again about the business, other options or completed projects. We built Mytrade to connect those pieces: a company showcase for context, listings for specific offers, and MyChat for the conversation. Individuals can also list goods and services or describe what they are looking for in I Want This.
Our 13-language interface and conversation translation address a practical challenge in a multilingual market. BIT helps turn company information into draft content; the owner reviews the facts and decides what to publish. Free listings are available alongside optional paid features.
I would value feedback on two things: does a company showcase give you enough context to contact a seller, and what information would make a buyer request easier to answer?
