We built mysmartaccesscard to solve a very simple but expensive problem: most institutions still rely on manual attendance systems that are slow, easy to manipulate, and impossible to analyze properly. In schools, gyms, hospitals, and workplaces, we kept seeing the same issues repeated, paper registers, missing records, and no real visibility into who is actually present at any time. mysmartaccesscard replaces that with a QR based system that makes check-ins instant and structured. Every scan becomes a real time record that administrators can actually use for decisions, not just storage. We are currently working with early pilot users to refine the system in real environments and improve reliability before scaling further.
