What’s the one feature you always wanted in an invoicing app?
honestly looks really clean, been waiting for something like this on mac. one thing i'd love is recurring invoices with smart scheduling, basically set it and forget it for monthly retainers. would save me a ton of time

A SwiftUI app that actually syncs cleanly across all my devices is something I’ve been waiting for. One thing that would make it a real game changer for me is a built-in mileage tracker tied to invoices, so I can log trips on my iPhone and have them auto added as line items when I create an invoice on my Mac. Would save a ton of manual entry.

A seamless experience across iPhone and Mac is exactly what I wanted to achieve with MyInvoice. The mileage tracker idea is really interesting — especially the ability to capture trips on iPhone and use that data when creating invoices on Mac.

As a freelancer who switches between Mac and iPhone all day, iCloud sync alone would have been enough to win me over. One thing I keep running into with invoicing apps is not having a quick way to send a polite payment reminder after a due date passes. A small built in reminder email template that pulls in the overdue invoice number, amount and due date, with a one tap send option, would save me a lot of awkward manual follow ups.

Making the experience seamless between Mac and iPhone with iCloud sync was one of the main goals of MyInvoice. I really like the idea of built-in payment reminders — having a quick way to send a professional follow-up with the invoice details already included would definitely make the workflow easier for freelancers and small businesses.

the SwiftUI approach here is honestly really nice, you can feel how snappy everything is compared to those cross platform invoicing tools. dig the idea of keeping it native only
