A vivid year overview sounds like a powerful motivator!
I was just looking for an app that could give me a simple way to track my mood!
Started using this app yesterday, it’s a quick and easy way for me to keep track of my life. I really like the fact that it gamifies life by creating streaks, like how many days in a row I go without drinking.
Really helpful and easy-to-use program. I was initially a bit intimidated by the idea of a 'daily tracker' but it honestly could not be easier or less psychologically draining!
