Hi everyone!
I'm Dani, and I'm introducing My Rents, an app for those who own one or more properties (individual investors or large companies).
It helps you with everything related to your properties: managing different rental agreements, tenants, creating invoices, tracking expenses, income, contracts, gallery, taxes, portfolios, event reminders, and more.
The idea came about to help a friend of mine who owned several properties and was managing everything with Excel.
Currently, it's only available for Android, but I'll be launching it for iOS soon. Before that, I'd like to hear your honest opinions. The app offers a 7-day free trial when you create an account (no payment, card, or anything else required, just a 7-day timer), but if you really like it, I can give you a one-month code so you can continue testing it.
