One thing that would make this a no-brainer for me is a way to onboard my existing repo and let the AI team pick up the current code context on day one. Coming in cold to a new project is usually where these tools lose half the saved time.
The persistent workspace concept is really promising. One thing that would make this even more useful is a visual diff view for changes between sessions, so you can see exactly what each agent modified across iterations without digging through logs.
