Our movie club started with an Excel sheet...
My friends and I kept a shared list of movies and ranked them to decide what to watch next, while dates were organized separately in our WhatsApp group. It worked — until the list grew. Keeping the rankings up to date became way too much work, and organizing a movie night started requiring more effort than it should.
So I built Movie Club: one private place to keep our watchlist, find a date, propose movies, vote on what to watch, and keep a history of our movie nights.
