For a while I was doing all my motion work in a Figma-centric environment and the review process was always the weak link. The design lived in Figma, the feedback lived somewhere else, and every round of revisions meant jumping between tools and losing context. I couldn't find anything that fixed it so I built my own. Motion Flow is a Figma plugin with a native video player, annotation tools, approval tracking and an overview of all your approved clips, all inside Figma. The video above shows how it works.
