Looks solid, the auto logo fetch is a nice touch. One thing that would push this further: let users pick where the logo sits inside the QR code, like a corner or centered, since right now it always lands in the middle and can sometimes cover scannable data if the logo is large.

MosaicQR turns the logo itself into the scannable data, so there is no issue with having the logo be full size. For aesthetics, if the image is desired to only be in part of the QR code, when users do custom image upload, they can choose to crop the image accordingly.
