Hello Hunters! Keita and Naoto here - developers and co-founders of Morph. Our whole team is thrilled to share Morph 1.0 with you, the first full version of Morph! If you’re anything like us (and if you’re on Product Hunt we assume you are 😆) you probably use a lot of different tools. We love them (truly), but data becomes fragmented across various spreadsheets, SaaS platforms, and other data tools. Getting valuable insights from this scattered puzzle is complex and time-consuming. With this version of Morph, we are excited to bring the community an all-in-one tool that can handle *all* of the data tasks in a business, without the need for coding, database knowledge, or data analysis expertise. We’re engineers first and foremost, but we believe that professionals in marketing, sales, and HR — not just developers! — would love using Morph. You can read more on our blog: https://medium.com/morph-blog Morph provides: 1. a scalable database capable of handling data volumes of up to one million rows 2. AI-powered data analysis performed through natural language and visual tools 3. a dashboard where results can be freely arranged and shared via URL What's new in Morph 1.0? 🎨 Notebook evolved into Canvas: The evolution from Notebook to Canvas provides a two-dimensional, non-linear data analysis space. This upgrade is aimed at enhancing accessibility for non-developers. 👬 Collaborative Whiteboarding: Work on data collaboratively with your team on the Canvas Playground. Leave comments, add intermediate steps, and collectively contribute to the data journey. 📊 Flexible BI: The introduction of "@" variables and Dashboard functionalities brings a new level of flexibility to Business Intelligence. You can dynamically change analysis results, providing adaptability without complexity. 🖇️ Share and Embed: Share your data insights via URLs or embed them in tools like Notion. Collaborate seamlessly with your team. 🧭 Similarity Search: Query your data based on meaning not just content matches. Read more in our release note: https://www.morphdb.io/post/welc... We’re excited to hear your feedback and see how you will use Morph. Join us in our vision of ‘making data an everyday tool’! Keita, Naoto, and the whole Morph Team

@oginokairan Definitely a big day for the whole team and our fav DevOps 🫡
Daria Sokolovskaya
Wow! So nice and minimalistic! It gives me some Tableau vibes, but much more up-to-date technologically-wise. Looks like a user-friendly tool, that is super valuable for data visualisation. Good luck!
Julien Ergan
@daria_sokolovskaya Thanks so much Daria! You have experience with Tableau or other tools?
Rob Chapman
@daria_sokolovskaya thanks Daria! Let us know how it treats you~
Daria Sokolovskaya
@julienergan Hi! Yes, I used Tableau for a while, but Morph seems much more useful because of its seamless integrations with different databases
Julien Ergan
@daria_sokolovskaya @rob_chap Interesting to hear about the integrations Daria, thanks for sharing. As Rob mentioned, if you have any questions, you can reach out to us anytime on Morph community https://discord.com/invite/8ZcSb.... As I mentioned in replies of other comments, you can try Morph for free, no string attached. We would be delighted to put you on a free trial on one of the paid plans.
Carol Moh
Congratulations on the launch team! 🚀 Feels super clean and easy to use, which for a non-analytics person like myself is very welcomed! I especially like the playground feature of being able to work collaboratively with team members to creating the dashboards I need. Best of luck today!! 🙌
Rob Chapman
@carolmoh thanks so much Carol! Glad you like it. Let us know if you have any questions or feedback!
Julien Ergan
@carolmoh Thanks a lot Carol for sharing your first impressions. Part of the inspiration for the Playground is coming from collaborative design tools. What kind of data analysis do you do and on which tools usually? You can try Morph for free, no card required, simply go to the homepage and sign up. I would love to hear your thoughts on Morph.
Carol Moh
@julienergan so for me sitting in the content world it’s a lot of conversions/traffic to websites/SEO/campaigns and so it would be great to build a dashboard that encapsulates it all. I forgot to ask does it auto update or refresh if I need to pull data daily/weekly for example?
Julien Ergan
@carolmoh Thanks for sharing your own experience on data related to content. To give you a more practical idea of how you could use Morph in your own situation, I could prepare a demo video for you like if you like? To give you an idea of what the video could look like, here are some short clips showing the Playground and the Dashboard for a HR related scenario. Using a datasets about Employees, I played with the datasets on the Canvas' Playground and then I pinned the results I wanted to keep in the Dashboard. I then embedded the Dashboard in a Notion page (you could share a link as well). The steps are: 1. Play with your data in the Playground, solo or with your teammates: - solo: https://x.com/morphdbHQ/status/1... - with your teammates: https://x.com/morphdbHQ/status/1... 2. Pin your results in the Playground to the Dashboard: https://x.com/morphdbHQ/status/1... 3. Share your Dashboard as an embed (or a link):https://x.com/morphdbHQ/status/1... In this case the clips are separated. But I could try preparing something the full workflow in one video. If you could give me an idea of the datasets you use and the things you would like to know from your data then I’d be happy to prepare a short video along those lines. What do you think? As for the auto update or refresh: - Let me confirm with my teammates for the auto update. @keita_mitsuhashi_morph @naoto_shibata_morph - For The refresh I can answer now, it’s yes. I prepared a short clip taking the example of data imported from our integration with Intercom: As you can see, you have the option to disable/enable the scheduling of data import, as well and adjusting the type of import and the dates and times. Does this answer your question?
Carol Moh
@keita_mitsuhashi_morph @naoto_shibata_morph @julienergan Wow, this is probably the most comprehensive response I have ever received on PH - so detailed and thought out. Makes it super easy for me to explain to others! Definitely answered my question and more! Great to hear re: data refresh - thanks so much. 🙌
Eugene Lipski

Eugene Lipski
@hikaru_nagashima @julienergan Sure! Thanks for the asking. Imagine any device becoming a caregiver. Not just video surveillance, but understanding what's going on and responding to triggers, and a whole ecosystem around health, learning, relaxation
