@denis_galka Thank you for your kind words. Losing access to an email address that is associated with an account can be a difficult situation for both the user and the service provider. However, there are a few steps that can be taken and recommended by MojoAuth to manage such cases: Provide a secondary verification method: We always recommend our customers to have an alternative way for users to verify identity, such as a phone OTP along with Email OTP. Allow users to have a secondary email address: Two emails associated with one account can also help to gain access of the account. Offer customer support: If all else fails, it's important to offer customer support to the user. The best approach will depend on the specific service and the level of security that is required. In any case, it's important to be transparent with users about the steps that need to be taken to regain access to their account and to communicate clearly about any changes to the login process.

Impressive work with MojoAuth! It sounds like you've got a great product offering plenty of features and options. How long did it take to develop the Login Widget and Page, and what challenges did you face during this process?

@heyumarkhan Thank you for your kind words and support. We developed these features very fast but it took us 3-4 months to research what to develop and what use case will deliver the most value. Our focus is to have solutions for all audiences like - 1- Those who are interested in Passwordless and don't want to replace their current password-based authentication. We have a Login widget for them. 2- For those who want to develop quickly, we have a login page for such fast-moving businesses.

@kshitij_mohan MojoAuth is a passwordless solution so does not save or use any password for authentication. It simplifies authentication with an email magic link, email OTP, or SMS OTP.
