👋 Hi PH community, I’m Narek, the founder of Moby Concierge.
Moby started from my own experience as a host in Lake Arrowhead, CA. I loved hosting but quickly realized how draining it was to answer the same guest questions over and over like WiFi, parking, fireplace quirks, local recs. It took time away from actually enjoying hosting and made scaling feel impossible.
So I built Moby: an AI-powered concierge for short-term rentals. Guests can scan a QR in the property and instantly get answers via chat or voice everything from check-in details to local recommendations. On average, Moby handles 70-80% of guest inquiries, which means fewer calls for hosts, smoother stays for guests, and better reviews.
We’ve since grown beyond my cabin and are now supporting Superhosts, boutique hotels, and even municipalities looking for better guest-facing communication tools.

@avag_simonyan great question. Moby is a purely software product with both voice and chat capabilities, similar to ChatGPT. Guests can access Moby on their phones instantly through a simple QR code, and interact via natural conversation to get answers about the property or locality.
