Hi Product Hunt!
We built MixCertificate because we kept seeing the same problem: people spending hours in Canva or
PowerPoint making certificates one by one, or paying a designer for something that should take five minutes.
We wanted to fix that. MixCertificate is the fastest way to create, personalize, and send professional certificates to any number of people.
Today is our launch day and we would love your honest feedback. What would make this more useful for you?
Ask us anything. We are here all day.

Anyone who has ever tried to mail-merge a certificate template or manually swap out hundreds of names in Canva knows the absolute nightmare of bulk credentialing. Automating the entire loop—from design and mass email delivery right down to secure verification—is a massive relief for HR teams, educators, and event organizers.
The verification layer is the real differentiator here. In a world where anyone can easily doctor a PDF, having a built-in way for third parties to validate a credential adds serious institutional authority.
Quick question on the verification side: How does that look for the end-user? Does MixCertificate host a secure verification page accessible via a unique QR code on each certificate, or can organizations white-label the portal to run on their own custom domain?
@manal_essalek1 Hey Manal, Thanks for detailed comment.
The QR code verification URL can be generated in both ways.
1. Using our domain mixcertificate.com (default)
2. Using Subdomain (ie: certificate.yourdomain.com)
You can simply configure the subdomain it via setting or talking to support. This is available on all the paid plan. No extra charges for white label platform.
On the other note, We also have SMTP email support to improve the experience. I hope that answers your question. :)
