Hi Product Hunt, I built Minerva MEET for the groups I am actually part of: a family, a sports team, a hobby club. Every one of them ran on a group chat where the important things (next practice, who is coming, who brings what) sank under everything else within an hour. The app keeps a group's events, announcements, tasks, chat and polls in one private place. But the piece people asked for most was simpler: "can you just help us pick a date?" So we pulled that out as a free web tool anyone can use without the app or an account. How it works: add candidate dates or options, share one URL, everyone answers with a name and a tap, and the best option lights up in a table. The organizer gets a private admin link to set a deadline or close it. No ads, no tracking, and the page deletes itself after 60 days. It is free.
