Mindslip is a minimalist productivity app for Mac that brings notes, to-dos, meetings, dictation, and daily organisation into one focused workspace. Capture thoughts as they happen, record meetings with your Mac’s system audio, and turn conversations into summaries and suggested to-dos, all processed on your device. No account. No meeting bot. No Mindslip server.
Mindslip was built around a simple problem: during busy workdays, thoughts, tasks, and conversations end up scattered across different apps and tools.
It brings notes, to-dos, meeting capture, dictation, and on-device intelligence into one focused Mac workspace.
Meeting capture records your microphone and Mac system audio separately, transcribes them as You / System, and uses Apple Intelligence for summaries and suggested to-dos. With no account, no Mindslip server, no analytics, and no third-party models to download, privacy is built into the product.
Mindslip is now live on the Mac App Store, and feedback from real users will help shape what comes next.
