Milk Diary helps parents manage their unique baby feeding journey. Whether your family is nursing, pumping, and/or bottle feeding, seamlessly track sessions and feeds, manage your milk storage, stay on schedule with reminders and gain insights on your journey.
Hi Product Hunt!
I became a mom last year and when my daughter was born, she spent her first week in the NICU. My plan to exclusively nurse suddenly became pumping around the clock so nurses could feed her breast milk. Even after we brought her home, our feeding journey kept evolving—nursing, pumping, and eventually exclusive pumping. I wasted lots of time and energy trying to make existing apps work, but none quite fit.
I built Milk Diary because of my own experience and the experience of so many parents overwhelmed by the logistics of feeding their babies. My mission is to lighten the mental load, let parents track exactly what they need, gain insights from the data on their feeding journey and automate what's usually manual work.
The app was built for iOS 26 utilizing Apple Intelligence with Foundation Models, AlarmKit for feeding schedule and timer reminders and Liquid Glass design for a fluid UX. With CloudKit the app is able to sync data between devices and caregivers without any account registration needed giving parents a privacy-first experience.

Very beautiful design and intuitive interface. As a mother who nursed the app is not only capturing the necessary information to help during the chaotic time but also provides options for details I may not have considered on my own.
