MethodsAgent gives you specialized AI agents trained on proven frameworks. Build funnels, campaigns, outreach, and positioning in minutes — without prompts or learning curves.
Hi Product Hunters! 👋
I'm Pierre, maker of MethodsAgent.
For years, I fell into the same trap: I'd read a brilliant business book like The Mom Test or Zero to One, get super inspired, and then... do absolutely nothing with it... 📉
The gap between reading a methodology and actually applying it to my specific problems felt huge. I didn't want to just "know" the theory; I wanted a world-class expert sitting next to me, telling me exactly how to apply it to my startup.
That's why I built MethodsAgent.
Think of it as a GPT Store for specialized, high-impact playbooks. Instead of generic advice, you get hyper-specific agents trained on the exact frameworks used by the world's best entrepreneurs.
It's like having GaryVee, Rob Fitzpatrick (The Mom Test), or Donald Miller (StoryBrand) on your team, 24/7. 🧠
Key Features:
📚 50+ Curated Playbooks: Access legendary frameworks like GaryVee’s Content Repurposing, The Mom Test, StoryBrand SB7, Hook Model, and Blue Ocean Strategy.
💬 Guided "Coaching" Mode: The agents don't just vomit text; they interview you, challenge your assumptions, and guide you step-by-step through execution.
🎯 Tangible Outputs: Generate actual assets—content calendars, customer interview scripts, positioning statements—not just "insight."
I'd love your feedback:
I am launching with 50+ marketing and strategy agents.
Which specific framework or book would you like to see next? 👇

@tony_lewis1 You're right to be skeptical!! zero hallucinations is a strong claim... However, we minimize it structurally by treating the LLM as a reasoning engine, not a knowledge base ;)
Instead of letting the model "guess" based on training data, we constrain it to a RAG pipeline backed by 50+ marketing frameworks. The agent constructs answers only from this retrieved context. If the answer isn't in the playbook, it’s instructed to ask clarifying questions rather than invent facts ;)!

would it give me the best advice? There are so many options, I'm confused
@sarvesh_kumar18 Yeah! it will give you the best possible output based on its trained data, I plain to add more and more usage/data/frameworks in the following days. (+ multi tool calls)
Congrats on launching MethodsAgent! The concept of specialized AI agents trained on proven frameworks sounds really interesting, especially with the playbooks and guided coaching mode.
How’s the response been so far? What kind of marketing strategies are you focusing on to promote it? Would love to hear how you’re planning to get the word out!
@mfarhan1107 My main strategy for promoting it is showing rather than telling. I’m planning a series of "Agent vs. Vanilla" comparisons: taking a generic ChatGPT prompt and showing how much more depth and utility you get when the AI is forced to use a specific, expert-vetted framework ;)

@pierremouchan Cool, your idea is really great. So, for your own website, what efforts are you putting in? Like doing SEO for your site or running Google Ads?

It looks like an agent powered by a domain-specific knowledge base. How do you plan to keep improving and scaling it over time?
@xiaoguang_zhao Hi! Yes, indeed, so basically I'm collecting all publicly available marketing frameworks for now, making them also "agentic loops" and AI "tool calling" so they behave like Cursor or Claude Code. I plan on adding "niche" frameworks from smaller "experts" in the field. Then I will expand with mini tools like "copywriting" or "social media posts" / "MCPs," and then I will integrate more and more "growth" / "sales" / "funnels" playbooks.

This is genuinely useful chat agent focused around activation, retention, PMF etc. Marketing is a bigger challenge now than building so there is a lot to get right, particularly for technical founders. Not generic and fluffy.
What needs improvement
Agent mode/cursor-for-marketing is really where the future of AI chat is, and looking forward to more playbooks being added!

Most builders would relate to the headline! That's a right problem to solve. let's go @pierremouchan

@neelptl2602 Thank you, Neel!
I'm building the “Cursor for Marketing.” If you’re familiar with Cursor and AI agents, this should spark your curiosity ;)

Hey Pierre, this is cool, marketing is definitely the biggest area to crack for launching founders now that building has become easier.
You mention that you have been able to handle hallucinations, and the platform "doesn't hallucinate", how do you do that?
