MetaSweep: Bulk-fix missing meta descriptions in WordPress

Backstory: I run a WordPress site and noticed dozens of posts had missing or auto-generated meta descriptions — Google was just pulling random page text into the search snippet instead. Checking 100+ posts by hand wasn't realistic, so I built a script to find them all in seconds, then a full tool (MetaSweep) that bulk-fixes them for Yoast SEO and RankMath users.
