@sudeep_a_s Honestly, it came from my own experience

For hackathons, I’d struggle to find people who actually knew their stuff and were serious about building. And with trips, there was always someone cancelling at the last minute

So I started thinking, why is it so hard to find the right people who will actually show up and follow through? That’s basically where Meldit started.
