Most tutoring and coaching academies stitch together Zoom, a spreadsheet, and a separate fees register just to run classes. Meet to Manage puts live teaching, scheduling, admissions, billing (Razorpay/Cashfree) and reporting behind one login instead — so a class connects straight to attendance, invoices and reports rather than sitting in its own app.
I built Meet to Manage after watching coaching academies run live classes in Zoom, admissions in a spreadsheet, and fees in a separate register — nothing talked to anything else, so a missed payment or a dropped class never showed up anywhere until someone went looking for it.
The initial version was just a video classroom. But every academy I talked to said the same thing: the call was the easy part — the mess was scheduling batches, tracking who paid, and reporting on what was actually working. So the product evolved into a full role-based system: live classrooms, batch scheduling, admissions, billing (Razorpay/Cashfree), and reporting, with separate portals for admins, teachers, students and parents — one login instead of five disconnected tools.
Happy to answer anything about how the role-based portals or the billing side work.
