MedMaintain: Smart medical equipment maintenance & tracking platform

I'm Sadeen, a computer science student and full-stack developer. I built MedMaintain to solve a problem I kept seeing in clinics: when a medical device breaks, nobody knows exactly where it is, who was told, or what the repair really cost.

Here's how it works:

• Every device gets a QR label. Anyone can scan it and report a fault in seconds, with no login.

• The right people are alerted by email with the branch, floor and room, so nothing gets lost.

• The maintenance vendor gets a one-tap link to mark the repair as done, and can forward it by WhatsApp.

• Monthly cost analysis shows what each breakdown cost and why: spare parts vs. service labour, including repairs that needed no parts.

• Multi-branch support, with each branch seeing only its own data, and Excel export for reports.

MedMaintain is sold as a one-time license, and each clinic gets its own private installation.
