It’s the "Arisou-de-nakatta" (seemingly obvious, yet non-existent) workflow I always wanted. The 10% Innovation: To make visual organizing truly work, you need to see what's inside. My "10% Analysis Mode" skips the black intros of videos and captures the soul of the file at the 10% mark.
