Just started using it so early days! But it's a great concept so very hopeful.

I've used the platform for more than 6 months and it's been a great way to connect with mentees and coaching clients. I appreciate that the platform collects reviews and has a low commission. The support channel is also very responsive. They've quickly fixed issues and implemented ideas I've shared to improve the product for my use cases. An area for improvement would be the ability to connect with mentees already on the platform. They have a feature where you can do some outreach but I've had limited success with it. I mostly bring clients to the platform from my own channels. It also still needs to support discounts or coupon codes for clients.

Becoming a mentor helped me re-evaluate my professional self, better understand my strengths, review my experience, and help my mentees with their requests. The Meander team builds a strong community of mentors and mentees, supporting both sides with insights, articles, webinars, and other assets. The team is great, and the platform evolves rapidly. @anna_buldakova1 @dashamrt really great to hear your personal experiences, and as somebody who worked their way through the ranks and around a few different roles before leadership, my own experience is very similar. So many people have trouble finding a mentor willing and able to provide the time, particularly when they're early, so I hope this skyrockets. I've made sure to sign up as a mentor and I hope I can be helpful. Easy sign up process by the way. I appreciated having the examples in the fields so ❤️ to your UX/Design skills for those!

Hey PH gang! I'm a big believer in people and sharing expertise among them. For me, it was always a simple and reliable way to make the world around better. And to help others, in the end of the day :) That's why I've been teaching and mentoring for more than 10 years. Going from a school math teacher (ah these good old days when my main concern was to help kids fulfil their dreams) to product mentor, helping young enthusiasts build their career in the industry. Guiding, sharing experience and making their professional path more exciting and less painful. And that's one of the reasons I'm so excited about Meander! I've been following the product from the early stages, and boy oh boy we need a good mentoring platform nowadays. A great list of mentors, insightful content and solutions connected right to the users' problem. Unlike some 'we imagined a problem and designed a solution for it' startups, that one is built with people and their pain points in mind. And that is something we all need in the world of razzle dazzle 'hollow' products, don't you think? Big kudos to Anna and her team for that!
