Mattely: Background remover that runs on your PC, not on a server

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I kept running into the same thing: every background remover I tried wanted me to upload the photo first. That is fine for a meme, but not for a client's product shots or someone's ID photo. So I built Mattely to do the same job without the upload. The model runs on your own machine. Mattely makes no network requests at all — not for analytics, not for updates, not for "processing". You can pull the ethernet cable out and it works exactly the same. What it does: transparent PNG or any background colour you like, an edge control to tighten or soften the cut, and bulk processing over a whole folder. What it does not do: watermarks, ads, locked features, or a second payment for the "pro" model. One purchase, $4.99, everything in it. What it is not: a full photo editor.
