Marcus - your AI Billing Agent

Chasing clients to pay is a nightmare because 1) it's time consuming and 2) it's awkward. So we built Marcus, an AI agent that handles all your invoicing. Marcus can: 🧾 Send invoices with personalized emails Marcus sends personalized emails for each client, helping improve payments and cash flow (rather than a generic Stripe email that lands in ‘Updates’) ⏰ Follow up for overdue payments Marcus will follow up with clients until they pay, changing tone and content as it learns what is best for each client. ✉️ Adapt to client responses If a client says they’ll pay tomorrow, Marcus will acknowledge and check tomorrow if the client has paid. If they’ve paid, it’ll send a thank you email. ❗Escalate issues to you or someone in the team If a client says they’re unhappy or want to cancel, Marcus will forward the email to the relevant team member How does it work? Marcus learns from each client’s previous billing history to personalize emails with content and learn when to follow up. If a client usually pays 5 days after receiving an invoice, it’ll learn to follow up after 5 days. Want to get paid faster? Tell Marcus to follow up sooner. It’s that simple :) Marcus also checks your bank account/billing software to make sure that a client has paid before it sends a reminder. Marcus = your entire Accounts Receivables team.
